Shuttle service from Nashville airport or airport hotel: Shuttle picks up at the airport information desk at 10:45 AM the morning camp starts, so make sure your flight arrives earlier. Airport hotel pickup is at 10:00 AM. Take a 12:30 PM or later flight home on Friday for bluegrass camps, 6:00 PM or later Sunday for banjo or songwriting camps. Shuttle costs $20 each way, payable at NashCamp.
Refund Policy: Camp registration fee is refundable less a $50 processing fee until four weeks prior to the camp start date. After that, the fee is refundable only if your reserved space is filling by a waiting list camper. Note that guest instructors are subject to change.
